Monday 5^th

Arrival of the different groups in the afternoon by private shuttles

Tuesday 6^th

8.15 welcoming- debriefing in groups

8.30 logo exhibition and logo competition

8.45 official welcoming followed by presentation by each group of his team, school and town (5^th and 6^th forms)

Break

11.00 guided visit of our school by 5^th formers

11.45 departure for Lessines (other school site)with 5B

12.15 welcoming by technical section

12.30 lunch

14.00 guided visit of Notre-Dame à la Rose hospital in Lessines (by 6 technical) + 5B

16.30 back in La Berlière

Evening spent with families

Wednesday 7^th

8.15 workshops about active citizenship at school and getting to know each other 5^th and 6^th forms + 6^th technical

11.00 sports activities with same students

12.40 lunch in families

Afternoon and evening in families

Thursday 8^th

8.15 departure by bus for Brussels with 6^th

10.30 guided visit of Parlamentarium

12.30 lunch

13.30 guided visit in Brussels centre

Free time

17.30 bus back to La Berlière

19.00 arrival and evening spent in families

Friday 9^th

8.15 departure for Tournai with 5A

9.45 film about the history of Tournai

10.15 guided tour of the town centre

Free time

12.15 bus back to La Berlière

12.45 packed lunch for students

13.35 workshops to prepare roleplays or songs along with 5^th and 6^th

15.30 official ceremony for certificates of attendance and show with roleplays and songs presented by students in front of hosting families

Departure from La Berlière by shuttles to go to the airport or stations
